Third-party purchases

If you purchased through a third-party website, review the receipt and seller checkout page for refund instructions. Contact that seller’s customer support directly.

ClickBank-style marketplace purchases

Some third-party offers may be sold through marketplaces such as ClickBank. ClickBank may allow returns or replacements within 60 days of purchase at its discretion, but individual sellers may have different or extended policies. Approved refunds generally return to the original payment method. Subscription cancellations usually stop future billing but do not automatically create a refund unless a return is requested and approved.
